bride and groom kissing in the rain on the balcony of The Moot Hall wedding venue in Malden Essex

Samy & William at Moot Hall Malden

Set within the historic charm of Moot Hall in Maldon, Essex, built in the 15th century once served as the towns court house with residents gathering beneath the timbered roof to settle disputes, Samy and Jacks family looked on from the court room where the jury would have sat years ago, this room is so unique it has the magistrates bench and the witness stand plus the accused dock still in their original places, Samy and Jack chose a beautiful venue for there intimate wedding, Samy arriving in a white vw beetle on the arm of her father, a little to early we had to whisk her into a nearby shop (that sold some cool things actually may have to go back and have a proper look) always finding a cure to a problem, Their ceremony was simple and emotional with both Samy & Jack reading their own vows. Although the rain did decide to fall (apparently this is a symbol of a luck wedded life so a good omen) we still managed to get some gorgeous shots out on the balcony, then onto the local pub The Bull & Willow where we had a gorgeous confetti line and Samy through her bouquet, caught by her very sprightly nan she did look very happy with herself!! The evening was full of love and happiness lots of dancing and some teary speeches.
